Our guide Yehor Lohvyn, really did a good job of communicating both before-hand (what to bring, wear, expect and exact timing of pickup) and during the trip. He built rapport with our group of 8 (from 4 different countries) so it almost felt like a family outing. He answered questions, held various conversations, made sure everyone got in/out of the van safely, and provided a wonderful picnic (well beyond what you'd expect) at the last stop of the day before we headed back to Calgary.
